At Camp Move Your Mood, this year’s theme is all about consistency, daily habits, and meaningful routines. Through movement, creativity, and reflection, we help children build simple yet powerful rituals that support both their physical and emotional well-being.

Dates: July 28-August 1st (Week #3)

Time: 8:30am-4:00pm
