Providing you with opportunities for movement is one of our top priorities at Restorative. We will continue doing so using yoga and foundational strength classes which focus on realigning connective tissue along the lines of stress and restoring strength allowing you to build a stronger foundation.
Yin REALIGNED YOGA

STRENGTH IN MOVEMENT CLASS Schedules
These classes are open to all ages and ability levels and is meant for anyone looking to improve on their foundational strength and mobility. Each 60 min class, designed and led by a physiotherapist, will consist of a full body strength workout with a focus on different fundamental movement patterns every week. The goal of this program is to gain confidence and competency moving in a variety of ways so that you can stay injury-free and move well for life.

10 class pass ($200.00) - call or get your pass in studio at your first class.
The fine print: Classes will be held at an 10 person maximum to allow for individual guidance if needed. Our yoga and movement community is growing and we would love to have you experience a class with us.
